Lenovo is one among the companies that are having a great year, with many launches and higher growth in the number of phones being sold. Starting from K3 Note, the company has a variety of devices in the budget price range. It also introduced phones of under the name of ZUK brand in many countries.
Now the company has come up with a low-cost offering that is aimed at emerging markets. The phone Vibe A is launched is Russia and is expected to arrive in India and other developing countries soon.
The phone comes with a 4-inch WVGA display, decent enough for a regular user. powered by a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM, the phone is expected to run most of the utility apps smoothly. It has 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32Gb with a microSD card. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 3G networks.
It has a 5MP camera on the rear and a 0.3MP on the front, enough for casual clicks. The phone weighs around 132gms and comes in two variants: white and black. The battery of the phone is expected to deliver 9 hours of talk time and 12 days of standby time as well. Other standard features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity options are also present.
The device is a decent buy for those who are looking forward to get their first smartphone. The company is also gearing up for the launch of Vibe K5 Note this week. It is expected to boast some good specs and the price would be around 20,000 INR. The price segment doesn’t have so much of competition after the Moto X Play prices were recently slashed.
